Message from the coach:

The first three practices for the senior women are being hosted at the following gyms on the listed dates.

I encourage everyone to come out and participate in the practices whether you have ambitions for playing on the team or not as I believe that each person can take something away from each practice. The teams have agreed to host these practices so that in part, we can make our sport better for all.

I hope to see many of you as possible.
